A few things to know before choosing, personalizing, and printing your collection. The individual product listing and included guide always identify the contents of your specific package.
Am I buying a printed product?
No. These are digital templates and files. Printed stationery, paper, envelopes, frames, wax seals, and other photography props are not included. Optional premium paper is purchased separately.
Where can I buy a package?
Use the Buy on Etsy button beside a product to purchase through its Etsy listing. Purchasing and file delivery are through Etsy. This website does not take payment or provide public access to the purchased files.
How do I receive my files?
Follow the download instructions on your Etsy receipt once the purchase is available. Etsy currently requires a mobile web browser or computer rather than its app for digital downloads. Download and extract every numbered ZIP part before opening the package guide.
Guest purchasers should check the receipt email for access instructions. See Etsy's digital-download help if you cannot find a file.
Do I need Canva, and is every element editable?
A Canva account is needed for the Canva version. Editable text, available sizes, software requirements, and any plan-dependent features are specified in the listing and package guide. Illustrations may be fixed artwork rather than editable shapes.
Do not assume a Canva Pro subscription or a paid element is required. If you see an unexpected payment prompt, contact us before paying. For alternate file formats, follow their separate instructions.
Can I change the wording or use a longer name?
Personalize the editable text, then check line breaks, spacing, and margins. Longer names and wording can need a smaller font size or shorter wording. The Editing Guide explains how to preserve the balance of the layout.
Can I print at home?
Smaller pieces may be suitable if your printer supports the size, margins, paper thickness, and duplex setup. Oversized signs and heavy stock may need a professional printer. Always approve a physical proof; see Printing Tips.
What does the license allow?
Personal-event stationery is for personal event use. Small Business templates are for use in your own business, not for reselling templates or sharing source assets. Follow the license included with your package; fonts retain their separate included licenses. Contact us before purchasing if your intended use is unclear.
What if I need order help or a refund?
Contact the seller through the Etsy order for access problems or refund requests. The applicable listing terms, Etsy policies, and your statutory rights apply; this FAQ does not remove those rights. For other questions, contact the studio.
