This site presents collections and support information. It does not currently include customer accounts, an on-site checkout, an email-signup form, or an on-site contact form. Advertising pixels and analytics scripts are not currently implemented in the website code.

When you load a page, the hosting service receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, and browser details. Hosting logs and security processing depend on the provider and its settings; this notice does not claim that browsing is anonymous or that no technical data is processed.

If you contact the studio by email or Etsy message, your message may include your name, email address, order reference, and any screenshots or details you provide. These details are used to understand and respond to your request and to resolve order or template issues.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private template-copy links. Only send photographs or other personal material necessary to explain your question.

Purchases and delivery take place on Etsy when a listing is live. This website does not collect payment-card details. Etsy processes purchase and account information under its own Privacy Policy.

If you open a template in Canva, Canva processes your account activity, edits, and uploaded content under its Privacy Policy. Your email provider also processes messages you send. External services have their own cookies, settings, and retention practices.

For information sent directly to Cedar and Linen Design, contact the studio to ask what information is held or to request correction or deletion. Any retention needed for an unresolved order, security issue, or legal record requirement must be considered when handling a request.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. For account or purchase records held by Etsy or Canva, use that service's privacy controls and request process.
